When this little guy’s mom filled out the questionnaire, she specified that she wanted two things: some Avengers themed photos and some cute photos with his older sister and brother. The baby was a bit unsettled for his session but on the Avengers themed photos and the sibling shots, he delivered!

Mom and Dad brought in a few items from his nursery to incorporate in the shots and they couldn’t have been cuter! Look at him with Thor’s hammer!

As cute as the Avengers theme was, I always make sure to take some portraits that are more simple and timeless. Even though the sets are different, we stayed with the color scheme so that no matter how they decided to group the images, they would all go together. He wasn’t so sleepy as you can see in the blue but he looked right at the camera for a photo. I love when I can get cute awake shots. It isn’t so easy at this age when they don’t have much control over their eyes and their limbs.

Sibling photos are always sweet. There is just something about the way older brothers and sisters interact with the new baby that tugs on your heartstrings. These two were SO loving with their new little brother. And so proud to hold him. Look at the love in their faces. And how sweetly they are looking down at him in the family photos. Babies are such a gift!

Newborn sessions should be done within the first two weeks of life. I recommend that you book a few months in advance to save your spot on my calendar. If baby is already here, don’t fret!
